Frank Fields is currently the Associate Director of Talent at RTS. Prior to this role, Frank worked at Corsair as a Senior Manager in the Esports and Sponsorships department. Frank also held positions at Riot Games, Blizzard Entertainment, IGN Entertainment, VT Gaming, and MeetYourMakers. Frank has a strong background in managing relationships within the gaming community and has experience in content creation, event coverage, and team management. Frank holds a B.A. in English from Wright State University, an AA in Computer Information Systems from Sinclair Community College, and a B.A. in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
