Helen Gong

Helen Gong is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and finance across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Accounting and Finance at RTS since February 2025, Helen has previously held leadership roles, including Director of Finance at Fabric by Gerber Life, where significant accomplishments included negotiating cost reductions and creating multi-year budgets. With a solid foundation built through positions such as Controller, Accounting Manager, and Finance Manager at companies like Deliverr Inc., mindbodygreen.com, and Annmarie Skin Care, Helen has demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, team management, and process improvement. Helen holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College.
