David Furlow (Davey)

David "Davey" Furlow is an experienced Outside Plant Engineer and Project Manager at RTS Associates, LLC, since August 2014, where responsibilities include leading the Outside Plant Design Group, assigning work, conducting research and design, overseeing scheduling, and approving payroll. Furlow possesses extensive expertise in fielding and designing a variety of telecommunications fiber and copper projects in diverse environments, along with managing OCALC and permit submissions. Prior roles include Toll Facilities and Operations Management Specialist at the State Road & Tollway Authority and Engineering Intern at the Georgia Department of Transportation. Furlow holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University and has a background from the United States Air Force Academy and its Preparatory School, along with a high school diploma from Union Grove High School.
