David Slagle

David Slagle, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Operations at RTS Associates, LLC since 2000, leading a management team and a staff of 20 to optimize operations and drive revenue growth, notably reducing customer product turnaround from 10 to 2 days. Previously, David worked as a Project Manager at Building Industry Consultants, where coordination of over 2,750 site visits and the expansion of the design team supported AT&T’s initiatives. David also contributed to the F2 Conditioning and Records Reconciliation project by establishing a startup design team for AT&T U-verse services, overseeing the conditioning of over 1,000 distribution areas. Earlier experience includes team leadership and quality control for the digital loop electronics inventory at PLANET/LEIM, as well as serving as Telecommunications Center Supervisor in the US Army, where training and leading a team supported over 200 personnel with technical installations and communications management.
