Michael Cabe is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) design quality inspection. Currently serving as an OSP/ISP Design Quality Inspector and Senior Project Engineering Specialist at RTS and Associates, LLC since April 2013, Michael oversees engineering accuracy for AT&T projects in the greater Atlanta area. Prior roles include positions at Byers Engineering as an OSP Senior Projects Engineering Specialist and at AT&T/PACBELL, where responsibilities included project management coordination and design quality inspection. Michael began a career in engineering at Bell South from 1997 to 2002 as an OSP Senior Project Engineer. Michael holds educational credentials from Dekalb Community College and Griffin Tech.
