Malika Boussetta

Malika Boussetta currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at RTS - Radio Télévision Suisse, an independent public media company that plays a vital role in providing diverse content to the Swiss population. In addition to this role, Malika acts as a mentor and judge for MassChallenge Switzerland, aiding early-stage start-ups in their acceleration. Prior experience includes a position as Head of Finance and Special Projects at IMD Business School, with previous roles at Bosch Packaging Technology as Head of Controlling, Finance and Administration, and Bosch Power Tools as Senior Commercial Controller. Malika's career began at KPMG France as a Junior Auditor. Malika holds a Master’s Degree in Strategy and International Management from ESCP Business School and furthered education with leadership programs at IMD and IESE Business School.
