Michael Racelis

Michael Racelis is a seasoned Project Commissioning Engineer at Rubicon Technical Services since February 2019, specializing in the commissioning of critical infrastructures for data centers, telecom hubs, financial centers, healthcare facilities, and power plants. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Nuclear Senior Supervisor on the USS Ronald Reagan, where Michael led a team in achieving record work control turnover during a major overhaul. Michael has also held leadership roles in radiological controls at the Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center, managed reactor training as the Nuclear Reactor Propulsion Leading Manager on the USS Ronald Reagan, and supervised recruitment efforts at the Navy Recruiting District in San Francisco. Michael's educational background includes a certificate from the Nuclear Power School and various leadership and safety certifications.
