RTT Capital
RTT Capital is a premier real estate development and investment firm focused on creating high-quality residential spaces. Our mission is to develop inspiring places to live, work, and play, while delivering sustainable value to communities and strong returns to investors. Driven by a team of experienced entrepreneurs and investors, RTT Capital combines in-depth market knowledge with a hands-on approach across all phases of acquisition and management. Guided by our core strategy of value creation, we maximize cash flow by focusing on four pillars: selecting prime locations with strong demographics and proximity to demand generators; enhancing properties to optimize revenue potential; ensuring high-quality management; and building respectful, positive relationships with all stakeholders. Our leadership team brings diverse expertise and a shared dedication to RTT Capital’s mission: Mike Romney transitioned from a successful 24-year career in sales and marketing—where he built and sold a pest control company for nine figures—to focus on multifamily real estate syndication. His investments span multifamily properties, commercial developments, and land development. Jason Thompson is a seasoned entrepreneur with achievements in sales, marketing, and real estate. Now focused on multifamily real estate, he has led investments across various real estate sectors, combining market insight with a goal of delivering strong investor returns. Christian Thorn is an investor and entrepreneur with a broad portfolio, including a business grown to $10 million in revenue by age 24 and a record-breaking sale of a pest control company. He is now focused on residential investments. RTT Capital takes a selective approach to acquiring existing urban properties, specializing in assets with significant potential for capital growth. Through targeted renovations, rebranding, repositioning, and asset management, we increase the value of our investments.
