James Trussell has extensive experience in operations management, production control, and quality oversight across various manufacturing environments. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations and Continuous Improvement Manager at RTT Engineered Solutions since February 2016, James previously held roles including Production Control Manager at Col-Met Engineered Finishing Solutions and Quality Manager at Multi-Metal & Mfg. Co., Inc. Additionally, James spent over a decade at Telect in various production planning and supervisory roles, specializing in coordinating production planning and operations. Early career experience includes serving as a Production Specialist at Madix, Inc., where James advanced from a paint line helper to paint line lead.
