Patricia Suárez Ramírez serves as the Presidenta of ASUFIN since July 2009 and actively represents consumer interests in multiple organizations, including as a consumer representative in the Banking Stakeholder Group at the European Banking Authority since June 2020. Currently, Patricia holds the position of Vicepresidenta for the Financial Services User Group at the European Commission and serves on the European Commission's NPL Advisory Panel. Additional roles include being a Vocal at the Consejo Consumidores y Usuarios since July 2023 and participating as a collaborator in several media programs focused on consumer rights and financial education. Patricia's educational background includes degrees in German and English philology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and further studies in graphic design and compliance law.
