Sabrina Xiao

Sabrina Xiao is an experienced research professional currently serving as the Director of OMNI Research at RTW Investments, LP, since May 2021, after progressing through several roles in research specialist positions. Prior to this, Sabrina held the position of Research Coordinator at the Simons Foundation from November 2018 to May 2021, where responsibilities included coordinating projects, executing independent research, and acting as the IRB liaison for the SPARK Research Match program. Earlier experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at the University of Miami's Chemistry Department and College of Arts & Sciences, where responsibilities involved teaching and administering mental health assessments. Sabrina's career began with an internship at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, where minor surgeries and studies in immunohistochemistry were conducted. Sabrina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Miami.
