Carsten Madsen is an experienced project engineer currently working at RTX Telecom A/S since February 2012, focusing on the design and development of L1 software for DECT wireless systems. Prior to this role, Carsten held positions at Infineon Technologies as a software designer, contributing to RF driver software for 2G and 3G mobile platforms, and at Rohde & Schwarz as a software developer, specializing in C++ development for 3G L1 software and maintenance of existing software. Carsten's earlier experience includes significant roles as a software systems engineer at Analog Devices A/S, a software engineer and project manager at RTX Telecom A/S, and a software engineer at Cetelco A/S, where development involved test systems for NMT mobile phones and MMI software for GSM mobile phones. Carsten holds a B.Sc.E.E. degree from Aarhus Teknikum and has further education from Aalborg University.
