Abby Eaton Feinberg

Abby Eaton Feinberg currently serves as the Senior Manager of Employee Experience Strategy & Design at RTX, leading a team to enhance the digital employee experience. As a Board Member of the Employee Experience Board, Abby engages in high-level discussions on employee experience with leaders from major organizations. Abby is also the Founder and Principal of Beachwood Farm Consulting, specializing in brand, experience, and culture strategy. Previous roles include Senior Employer Brand Strategist at Human Magic, Senior People Strategist at Envoy, and Senior Manager of Employee Engagement at Asurion, among others. Abby's educational background includes a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development from the University of Minnesota and a BFA from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
