Andrew Leishman

Andrew Leishman serves as the Director of International Tax at RTX since February 2020, following a progression within the company that includes the roles of Director of Raytheon Tax and Associate Director of International Tax Planning. Prior to RTX, Andrew worked at PwC from August 2012 to April 2020, where experience involved serving as a Senior Manager and Manager in National Tax Services, specializing in M&A Tax. Earlier professional experience includes a Summer Law Associate position at Dombroff Gilmore Jaques & French in 2011, where responsibilities included document preparation for government contracting and drafting legal memos, as well as a General Counsel Intern role at Southwest Airlines focused on tax due diligence and legal recommendations. Andrew holds a JD/MBA in Accounting with a Tax Emphasis from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Technology with a focus on Professional Pilot from Utah State University.
