Brian Crossman

Brian Crossman is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in product management, engineering operations, and systems engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Model-Based Digital Thread Product Management at RTX, Brian collaborates on the development and integration of a reference architecture for model-based systems engineering. Prior to RTX, Brian held various leadership roles at Thales, including Director of Engineering Operations Management, where responsibilities encompassed budgeting, strategic resource planning, and the rollout of the Scaled Agile Framework enterprise-wide. Brian's earlier career included significant contributions at Boeing and Northrop Grumman Space Technology, with a focus on systems integration and electronic packaging solutions. Brian holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA, an MBA from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.
