Carrie Fletcher

Carrie Fletcher is a Senior Director and Associate General Counsel at RTX, where they specialize in global trade. Prior to this role, they served as Director and Assistant General Counsel for International Trade Compliance at United Technologies from 2013 to 2018. They also worked as Counsel at Crowell & Moring LLP from 2004 to 2013 and were a Board Member at NCITD from 2010 to 2016. Carrie began their legal career as a Westwood Fellow at the Neighborhood Legal Services Program from 2003 to 2004. They are currently pursuing a JD at The George Washington University Law School and hold a BA from Guilford College.
