Dariusz Banach

Dariusz Banach has extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning from 1995 to the present. Initial roles included Personnel Manager at Philips Lighting Poland, where achievements included the pilot introduction of a company performance appraisal system and establishing university partnerships. Dariusz served as Head of HR in various companies, such as Goodrich Aerospace Poland and Toyota Motor Manufacturing Poland, focusing on strategic HR management, employer branding, and trade union relationships. Notably, at Toyota Motor Europe, Dariusz managed industrial relations and supported social dialogue across European operations. Currently, Dariusz holds the position of Corporate Learning & Development Business Partner at Raytheon Technologies.
