Donald Wilson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business and program management, particularly in the HR and payroll sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director of Business and Program Management at RTX since November 2025, Donald oversees the transformation and modernization of HR and payroll platforms. Prior to this role, Donald was the Global Process Owner for Time To Pay at Matthews International, leading a $9M payroll transformation across 27 countries.
