Elizabeth Searle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager Functional Portfolio Associate at RTX since November 2022, Elizabeth leads the Functional Area of the ESS Platform in HR and Payroll Digital Technologies, overseeing requirement gathering, lifecycle management, and stakeholder collaboration. Prior to this role, Elizabeth was the Owner of E Searle Photography, and held various positions including Vice President at Wells Fargo, where management of the Core & Common Process Team in HRIT was a key responsibility.
