Jacek Gaj

Jacek Gaj is currently the Director of Operations Machining LS at Raytheon Technologies, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, Jacek served as Director of Machining at Collins Aerospace from 2018 to 2021, and held various managerial roles at UTC Aerospace Systems, including Machining & Heat Treat Department Manager and Assembly Department Manager. Early in their career, Jacek worked as a CNC Machinist at Goodrich from 2006 to 2007 and gained experience managing production planning during a maternity leave at Goodrich Landing Gear in 2011-2012. Jacek holds a Master of Business Administration from Stockholm University and a Master’s Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Wroclaw University of Technology.
