Kelly Jefferson

Kelly Jefferson is a Section Manager in Systems Engineering at Raytheon Technologies, where they have been employed since 2021. Prior to this role, Kelly held various engineering and managerial positions at companies including Cobham Mission Systems and Exelis. With a background as a Manufacturing Operations Engineer at United Space Alliance and extensive experience across multiple engineering disciplines, Kelly has developed a robust skill set in systems and mechanical engineering. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science at the FAMU/FSU College of Engineering and an Executive MBA from Pennsylvania State University.
