Kelvin Wells is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering management and military service. Currently serving as the Manager of Field Engineering at Raytheon Technologies since September 2021, Kelvin has held various roles within Raytheon since January 2013, including the position of Section Manager overseeing THAAD Radar and TPY-2 programs. Prior to this, Kelvin dedicated over 22 years to the US Army as a Soldier specializing in Air Defense.
