Shawn Hufendick

Shawn Hufendick has a long history of work experience in the engineering field. Shawn began their career in 1993 as a part-time Schematic Detailer at Harris Corporation. In 1994, they joined Glenayre Electronics Inc. as an Applications Engineer, providing engineering technical support and training on large scale paging systems. Shawn also served as a Design Verification Engineer, verifying and alpha-testing new RF equipment, software and revisions, and as an Electronic Design/Test Engineer (Intern) and Test Technician (summers and breaks). In 2001, they joined Bird Technologies Group as an Applications Engineer, providing application engineering, technical support and training to customers, outside sales and product marketing. In 2004, they were recruited to The Kennedy Group as a Product Applications Engineering / Field Service Manager, where they led and managed a start-up division of RFID engineering, built the product line, provided engineering support and created procedures and standards. Shawn also managed and motivated staff.

Shawn Hufendick attended John Wood Community College from 1992 to 1994, where they earned an Associate's degree in Broadcast Electronics Technology. Shawn then went on to attend Bradley University from 1995 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics.
