Lauren Crisostomo, MBA, SPHR, currently serves as Associate Director, HR Partner at Raytheon Technologies since March 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren held various positions at Collins Aerospace from September 2019 to March 2023, including Associate Director, Total Rewards, Senior Manager, Total Rewards, and Manager, Total Rewards. Lauren’s earlier experience includes roles at VF Corporation as Compensation Partner, Manager, Human Resources Partner, and HR Generalist/Specialist, as well as an HR Generalist position at Conduit Global and HR Specialist at Central Carolina Technical College. Lauren also served in the United States Air Force from 2003 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Management & HR/Management, both from Park University.
