Laura Lancaster

Laura Lancaster is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in international human resources and business operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager, HR Business Partner - International at Amicus Therapeutics since September 2019, Laura has held various roles within the company, including Manager and HR Adviser. Prior to Amicus Therapeutics, Laura worked at Biogen from December 2013 to September 2019, where roles included Associate in Business Operations & HR Project Management and Executive Assistant to the Regional Vice President. Earlier career experiences include positions as Senior Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Consultant at Park Street People, as well as Medical Admin Assistant at The Wooda Surgery. Laura holds a CIPD Level 5 certification in Human Resources Management from Avado, completed a Mental Health First Aider course with MHFA England, and earned a BA in Applied English Language from the University of Reading.
