Lesley Davis

Lesley Davis currently serves as the Executive Director of HR Strategy & Initiatives at RTX, having transitioned from the role of Senior Director in November 2023. Prior experience includes significant roles at Collins Aerospace from July 2016 to November 2023, where Lesley held leadership positions such as Head of HR for Connected Aviation Solutions, and Director of HR Business Partner for Information Management Services, managing HR strategy for various business segments with substantial revenue and employee counts. Lesley's previous experience at Target involved senior HR roles, focusing on operations, talent planning, and organizational development, alongside a foundational role as a Graduate Assistant for process improvement at the University of Alabama. Lesley holds a Master of Science in Operations Management and a Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences from The University of Alabama.
