Michelle Shapiro is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in graphic design and creative direction. Currently serving as the Creative Direction Lead at RTX since January 2021, Michelle provides strategic creative leadership and oversees various projects, ensuring alignment with corporate brand standards. Prior to RTX, a role as Main Brain at Ipso Facto Creative Group involved leading diverse graphic design projects for a wide range of clients from concept to completion. Michelle has also contributed as a Graphic Designer for the Jewish Federation of Southern Arizona, enhancing marketing efforts with digital and print collateral, and served as an Adjunct Professor at Santa Barbara City College, teaching digital design courses.
