Paige Palmateer

Paige Palmateer is a seasoned corporate communications executive specializing in reputation and brand strategy, crisis leadership, and employee engagement. They have held significant roles at organizations such as Hamilton Sundstrand, United Technologies, and Pratt & Whitney, where they directed strategic communications during major transitions and rebranding efforts. Currently, Paige serves as the Head of ESG Communications for RTX while pursuing advanced degrees in journalism and law at S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and Western New England University, respectively. They have a strong educational background with a B.A. in English from SUNY Geneseo.
