Paul Camardo

Paul Camardo is currently enrolled in the Operations and Supply Chain Leadership Development Program at RTX, designated as a member of the OSCLDP Class of 2026 with rotations as a Material Program Manager at Raytheon and an Operations Supervisor at Collins. Prior experience includes serving as a Strategic Planning Intern at Collins Aerospace, where project execution involved analyzing material holding standards and cost implications, and as a Supply Chain Metrics Intern at Raytheon Technologies, responsible for generating various reports for metric evaluations. Additionally, leadership roles in student government and campus committees at the University of Florida showcase strong involvement in organizational and advocacy efforts. Paul holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and Operations Management from the Hough Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Warrington College of Business, both from the University of Florida.
