Phillip Guy is the Director of Strategic Capture at RTX, a position held since 2025. Previously, Phillip worked in business development at Northrop Grumman from 2014 to 2019 and held the role of Director of Business Development at L3Harris Technologies for a brief period in 2019. Phillip's earlier experience includes serving as a Program Manager for Ausley Associates, Inc. and as an F-22 Instructor Pilot in the US Air Force from 2005 to 2011, where they advanced to the role of 192d Maintenance Group Commander. Phillip holds a BS in Basic Sciences from the US Air Force Academy and a MAS in Aviation Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
