Prashant Ashok Shetty

Prashant Ashok Shetty is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in Payroll and HR operations, including 5 years in leadership roles within multinational companies. They currently serve as the Director of APAC People Services at RTX, managing a team of over 125 HR Generalists across multiple countries. Previously, Prashant held positions at United Technologies, where they led the Global Payroll Implementation in Singapore and managed payroll services for India and Singapore. Their educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Amity University and a PGDBA in Labor and Industrial Relations from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
