Richard Waer has extensive experience in operations and leadership, currently serving as a Value Stream Leader and Material Management Fellow at Raytheon Technologies since February 2023. Prior roles include Operations Chief and Inspector & Instructor Staff at Truck Company Las Vegas, as well as Current Operations Chief at the 3rd Marine Logistics Group within the United States Marine Corps. Additional experience consists of leading and mentoring over 200 Marines and Sailors as Company First Sergeant, managing motor transportation operations as Motor Transportation Operations Chief, and serving as Adjunct Faculty at Davis Defense Group, Inc. Richard holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Homeland Defense and Emergency Management from The University of Arizona Global Campus.
