Sabrina Houlton

Sabrina Houlton is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in data privacy, security, and compliance. Currently serving as Executive Director, Associate General Counsel, and Chief Privacy Officer at Raytheon Technologies since April 2020, Houlton has previously held positions at United Technologies as Associate General Counsel for Data Privacy and Security, and at UTC Aerospace Systems in Export Compliance. Houlton began career as a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice and has also worked as an Associate at WilmerHale and Wiggin and Dana LLP. Houlton earned a JD from Stanford Law School and an undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University.
