Tan Hall-Papillion, MBA, CCP, currently serves as the AVP of Total Rewards & HR Operations at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport since April 2024. With a solid background in talent management and total rewards, Tan has been with Raytheon Technologies since December 2016, holding positions as Leader of Talent Management & Total Rewards and Senior Manager of Total Rewards. Previous experience includes a role as Global Compensation Professional/M&A Integration at Halliburton and Principal Consultant at PDG Consulting Group. Tan also worked as Program Manager & Business Strategy Lead at USAA from 2008 to 2012. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Kennesaw State University.
