Tara Della Croce

Tara Della Croce is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. They began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at ECCO USA and progressed through various roles, including HR Generalist positions at Fidelity Investments and the Los Angeles Child Guidance Clinic. At Raytheon, Tara served as a Consulting HR Generalist and later as Principal HR Generalist, collaborating closely with engineering teams. Currently, they hold the position of Director, HR Business Partner at RTX, after serving as Associate Director since 2022. Tara earned both a Bachelor of Business Studies and a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
