Teresa Clement, PhD, is the Director of University & Small Business Outreach at Raytheon, an RTX Company. Previously, they served as Chair of the America Makes Roadmap Advisory Group and managed Raytheon's participation in America Makes. Teresa developed a novel method for monitoring the growth of semiconductor nanowires, which led to their first journal article, and received a three-year Sandia National Laboratories Graduate Student Fellowship for research focused on nanowire heterostructures. With extensive experience in various engineering roles at Raytheon and an educational background in Materials Science Engineering from Arizona State University, Teresa has established a strong presence in the field of advanced technologies.
