Blerton Shterbani

Blerton Shterbani is an experienced project manager with a strong background in the defense sector and extensive expertise in project leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Projektmanager at RUAG since October 2021, Blerton is responsible for leading diverse projects in defense. Previously, as Project Leader at Atos, Blerton managed multiple subprojects for the WEP 2030 initiative, overseeing classic and agile project management structures, stakeholder reporting, resource procurement, and risk management. Prior experience includes logistics leadership at Tony Brändle AG, production engineering roles at Bucher Municipal, and prototype development in the same company, contributing to optimal project execution and production processes. Blerton holds a diploma as a Techniker in Business Processes and a Polymechaniker qualification, showcasing a solid foundation in technical and operational management.
