Frank Tedeschi

Frank Tedeschi, PMP has over 30 years of work experience in various roles. Frank is currently working at RUAG as the Regional Sales Director for North America. Before that, they worked at Peduzzi Associates, Ltd. as the Director of Aviation & Tactical Systems. In this role, they developed and executed strategies to increase business development leads and managed 10 programs across 7 clients. Frank also attended trade shows and functions to increase visibility of client products and foster new relationships.

Prior to Peduzzi Associates, Ltd., Frank Tedeschi worked at the National Guard Bureau as an Executive Officer, where they facilitated the collection, review, and organization of sensitive data. Frank also coordinated weekly synchronization meetings between different departments, resulting in an increase in National Guard missions.

Frank has also held multiple roles within the Army National Guard, including Program Manager, Executive Officer, Safety Officer, and Operations and Training Officer. In these positions, they managed budgets, coordinated operations and trainings, and evaluated performance.

Earlier in their career, Frank Tedeschi worked at Jones Apparel Group as an IT Specialist, where they led a team supporting desktop, laptop, and network for a large user base.

Frank Tedeschi is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has demonstrated expertise in strategy development, business development, operations coordination, and budget management.

Frank Tedeschi, PMP has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Joseph's University, which they obtained from 1986 to 1991. Frank also holds a Master's Degree in Homeland Security from American Military University, which they achieved from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they completed the Intermediate Level Education (ILE) program at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College from 2011 to 2013 and the AH64D Longbow Instructor Pilot Course at the U.S. Army in 2010. In 2017, they obtained a certificate in the Reserve Component National Security Course from the National Defense University. Frank Tedeschi also possesses several additional certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (obtained in 2023), Active TS/SCI Clearance from the United States Department of Defense (obtained in 2020), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) from Microsoft (obtained in 2002), Commercial Aircraft Pilot with instrument rating from the Federal Aviation Administration (obtained in 1994), and Private Aircraft Pilot also from the Federal Aviation Administration (obtained in 1985).
