Hakon Eijsermans is a seasoned Project Manager Engineering at RUAG since October 2015, specializing as the ASIP Lead. Additional experience encompasses positions as a Structural Analyst at Boeing Commercial Airplanes, Fokker Aerostructures B.V., and Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, contributing expertise to several aircraft models including the 787-9, Gulfstream GVI, and F-35. Hakon began the professional journey as a Master's Student at Dutch Space, focusing on composite antenna structures, after earning a Master's degree in Design and Production of Composites from Delft University of Technology.
