Nico Hensgens

Nico Hensgens is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering and management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Order and Contract Management at RUAG since September 2021, Nico has also taken on roles such as Senior Solution Manager and Subject Matter Expert for NATO's Industrial Advisory Group regarding climate change. Previous positions include Hardware Development Engineering Manager and Product Manager at EMC PARTNER AG, along with technical expertise in electromagnetic compatibility for the International Electrotechnical Commission. Nico's academic achievements include an Executive MBA from EPFL and ongoing advanced studies in effective leadership at the University of Lucerne. With a solid foundation in electrical engineering from ETH Zürich and extensive project management experience, Nico combines technical proficiency with strategic oversight.
