Ramon Palau

Ramon Palau is a seasoned professional in data governance with extensive experience, currently serving as the Senior Data Governance Manager at RUAG since March 2021. In this role, Ramon leads initiatives for data and records management, coordinates company-wide data governance efforts, and oversees the development of data governance strategies to enhance data quality and operational capabilities. Previously, as Master Data Manager at RUAG, Ramon implemented a comprehensive data governance framework, defined data quality objectives, and developed organizational structures related to data management. Ramon has also held data management roles at RUAG International and Burckhardt Compression, among others. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor in General Management from the European Business School Zürich and multiple certifications in business engineering and project management.
