Sarah P. holds a Diploma in Sociology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and has a diverse background in recruitment and project management. Currently serving as Deputy Team Lead Recruitment and Senior Recruiter at RUAG since March 2023, Sarah P. previously founded TAU by sp, a holistic health and nutrition initiative focusing on women's health, from October 2020 to January 2025. Sarah P.'s experience at Credit Suisse includes roles as Project Manager/Consultant and Business and Channel Management, as well as leading the EU Exit Recruiting Project and acting as Manager/Team Lead for the Swiss Universal Bank. Prior to this, Sarah P. worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Bailey Associates from September 2010 to August 2012.
