Alison Scott is the Founder Director of Kwobap Consultancy, an Aboriginal owned and operated business in Perth, which reflects the Noongar meaning of "Good Place." With extensive experience in family and domestic violence advocacy, Alison has delivered key public speaking engagements and served on various committees including the Kiara College Shooting Stars Steering Committee. Previous roles include Principal Policy Officer at the Department of Justice, where Alison focused on Aboriginal Justice Transformation, and Community Development Adviser at Binarri-binyja yarrawoo, collaborating with Aboriginal Community Controlled organizations in the East Kimberley region. Alison holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Indigenous Services and Family and Children Studies from Edith Cowan University and has contributed to multiple initiatives and frameworks aimed at improving services for Aboriginal communities across Western Australia.
