Hope Sullivan is an experienced professional in learning and organizational development, currently serving as the Service Lead at Ruah Community Services since February 2024. Previously, Hope held the position of Learning and Development Manager at Rise Network from November 2020 to February 2024. Hope's extensive background includes roles at the Australian Red Cross as a Culture and Capability Business Partner and Learning and Development Consultant, and at Aurecon as a Talent Development Consultant. Prior experience includes various positions in learning and development at Hatch, as well as teaching roles across multiple locations, including WA, Japan, and London. Hope holds a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Arts in Education, also in Early Childhood Education, from Edith Cowan University.
