Lesley Yates is an experienced professional in the fields of community services and youth support, currently serving as an AOD Support Coordinator at Ruah Community Services since February 2023, specializing in Aboriginal Women’s AOD counseling, individualized case management, and harm reduction strategies. Previous roles include Support Coordinator, Outreach Youth Worker with MercyCare, and Youth Development Officer with the City of Albany, alongside various positions in the Palmerston Association and other organizations in youth and family counseling and employment consulting. Lesley Yates holds multiple certifications, including a Diploma in Youth Work, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and a Certificate III in Community Services, all obtained from South Regional TAFE.
