Cindy Rafenska

Cindy Rafenska is an experienced professional in learning and organizational development, currently serving as the Associate Learning & Organizational Development Manager at Ruangguru since April 2022, with prior roles including Learning & Organizational Development Lead and Organization Development & Performance Management Specialist. Before joining Ruangguru, Cindy worked at Alterra Indonesia from January 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities included providing HR solutions, implementing a full-cycle performance review system, and designing employee development programs. Previous experience also includes a role as Human Capital Staff at ESMOD École Supérieure des Arts et techniques de la Mode, handling recruitment and employee benefits, and a short stint as a Psychological Testing Scorer at the ITB Career Center. Cindy holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Padjadjaran, obtained in 2017.
