Heru Sulansyah

Heru Sulansyah is an experienced professional in the field of training, development, and employer branding, currently serving as the Culture Engagement & Employer Branding Lead at Ruangguru since April 2022. In this role, Heru formulates and implements comprehensive employer brand strategies to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture. Previously, Heru held positions such as Learning and Development Specialist and Head of Training and Development at PT. JACO NUSANTARA MANDIRI, focusing on leadership development and high-impact training programs. Additional experience includes roles at The Worldfolio, OnlinePajak, and Garuda Indonesia Training Center, where skills in training needs analysis and program creation were developed. Heru holds a Bachelor's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Universitas Indraprasta PGRI, obtained in 2017.
