Sandy Bennett

Sandy Bennett is an experienced air personality with a diverse background in radio broadcasting and community advocacy. Currently serving as an air personality at Rubber City Radio Group since May 2014, Sandy prepares and executes a music-intensive country radio show at the award-winning WQMX-FM, while also contributing to other stations like WONE-FM and WNWV. Prior to this role, Sandy worked as an administrative assistant for the Guardian ad Litem Project from November 2013 to June 2019, assisting in advocacy for children in the juvenile court system and utilizing marketing skills for radio advertising. Previous positions include morning show air personality and production director at 107.7 The Wolf and midday air personality at Columbus Radio Group's Sunny 95. Sandy's extensive career began at Majic 105.7, where roles included air personality for live broadcasts. Educational credentials include a degree in Radio Programming and Production from the Ohio School of Broadcast Technique and a high school diploma with a focus on music and college preparation from Normandy High School.
