Matthew Kern

Matthew Kern has extensive experience in sales and marketing roles. Matthew is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing at Rubber Tree Systems, where they are responsible for driving growth and profitability through sales and marketing strategies. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager at 511 Enterprises LLC, where they helped the company grow revenue through outsourcing services and sales acceleration. Matthew also served as the Director of Sales and Partnerships in the US/Canada for NComputing, a fast-growing desktop virtualization company. Additionally, Matthew held the position of Sales and Marketing Manager at Spiritus Solutions Inc., where they played a key role in business development, channel development, and talent resourcing. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Sales - Northeastern US at Citelighter, where they promoted a digital writing platform for students. Lastly, they worked as the Vice President of Career Development at Farmers Insurance, where they interviewed clients and helped them with their employment history and career goals.

Matthew Kern pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Kaplan University from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended West Valley High School from 1997 to 2001, where they completed their General Education studies in General Studies.
