Claire Grant - McIpd

Claire Grant, MCIPD, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the HR field. Claire started their career in 2002 as an Offshore Personnel Coordinator at Fugro, where they worked until 2007. Following this, Claire worked as a Planning/Logistic Coordinator at Bluewater Energy Services from 2007 to 2008. Claire then moved on to DOF Subsea Norway AS, where they held the position of HR, Training Coordinator (Advisor) from 2008 to 2011. In 2012, Claire began working at Expro as an HR Advisor for a brief period. Finally, they joined Rubberatkins Ltd in 2012 and has since held roles as an HR Manager and currently as the Head of HR.

Claire Grant - MCIPD received a PGDip in Human Resource Management from Robert Gordon University in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Management Studies from the same university in 2009. In 2008, they completed a Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP) at North East Scotland College. Claire began their education by earning an HND in Travel & Tourism from North East Scotland College in 2002.
